LP5 - Print Request

Print Request Box represents each printing request send to the printer with the label and all the data. Print

Request Box includes date and time the request was generated in the system, labelling point, printer, Order no., and the Print Request status. When you click on each Print Request Box the System will generate the label preview basing on the data from this Print Request. Print Request Box are on Labelling screen and on each Order Details modal.

If the labelling point consists of multiple printers, there is a Print Request generated for each printer with a corresponding Print Request Box.

There are 4 statuses of Print Request:

● SCHEDULED – Printing request was send to the printer;

● IN PROGRESS – Printing request was started;

● FAILED – Printing request wasn’t successful;

● COMPLETED – Completed with a success.

The complete set of data for each Print Requests is accessible via Requests section of the System.
