LP5 - Requests

This screen displays the history of all Requests. You can use the data contained here for auditing purposes or solving print-related issues.

After entering the screen, you can see the default view, which shows ungrouped elements sorted by time and date in descending order (the latest ones at the top).

  1. You can filter by area, line, Type (CLEAR, PRINT, FINISH, REPORT), Status (usually, there are 4 statuses SCHEDULED, INPROGRESS, FAILED, COMPLETED).

  1. Select a date range.

  1. Start searching by Order number.

  1. Select a specific Request to open the details.

The Request Details window consists of two tabs - General and Payload.

The General Tab displays detailed information about selected request.

If the Request has failed, you will see Error Message on top of the window.

In the Payload Tab, you can see all the data sent directly to a printer or other device (like vision quality inspection) or via a label designer (for example, BarTender).

At the top of the Request Details section, there is a button Retry the request if necessary. You will be asked to confirm that you really want to manually retry the Request. Retry the Request action will generate new request with new ID, old request will not be modified.
