Edit single SKU:

Selecting a single SKU opens a window with SKU details that has General and Label templates Tabs.

General Tab is divided into three sections by horizontal lines. Section description and possible actions:

a.      First section: SKU ID and Name are imported from external systems (ERP, MES) cannot be edited. Description is prefilled with the Name form but can be edited in LogicPRINT.

b.      Press Edit details button to edit SKU data.

c.      Second section: Required data - SKU fields imported from external systems:

  • Turn the synchronization on/off for each individual SKU field. The default option here is ON (an external system, SAP, for example) will fill this value in;

  • If synchronization is turned off, you can manually overwrite the field (e).

d.      Third section: Auxiliary data - Internal SKU fields. You can enter them manually or select an Entry from a Dictionary (f), depending on the field type.

Press Save button to save changes.

Label templates Tab: assign, unassign, preview or download the Label Template for the SKU. To assign Label press +Add template button and select Label.

Inactivate SKU:

LogicPRINT provides soft inactivation functionality for SKUs. Inactivating SKU deletes it from the active SKU list and moves it to the Inactive SKU list. The inactivated SKU is still available for mapping, the history of Print Requests and Orders for the inactivated SKU will remain. Data for inactivated SKUs will not be synchronized with external systems. Inactivated SKUs can be activated.

In the general settings, you can configure the SKU deactivation options.

This functionality helps reduce the number of SKUs used in LogicPRINT to active or relevant SKUs only if more SKUs are imported due to synchronization with external systems, e.g. SAP.

  • Then the Inactivate button appears;

To activate the SKU:

  • Then the Activate button appears;

  • Press the Activate button;
