Adding a New Problem ✔️

Different types of downtimes may prevent your machine or line from running. E.g. failures, holdups, planned breaks, maintenance etc. We call such events Problems.

You can add your own Problems in PackOS that will best reflect the difficulties that you and your machines may encounter in the production process.

LET'S DO THIS STEP BY STEP:

1. Click on Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Select Problems.

3. Choose a production line for which you want to add a new Problem.

4. Click on (+ Add button).

5. Type in the name of the new Problem.

6. Click on (Save button).
