LP5 - Plant

General Settings

In this section you can change Plant code, Name, you can choose time zone, add Labelling levels and Order Types, manage SKU deactivation options. If you want to edit settings press Edit section button. There will appear modal window to confirm editing. Press I want to proceed.

The flag Use ‘Areas’ in plant structure is chosen during first set up of your plant and cannot be changed later. If it is set to ‘On’, the section Areas appears in Plant assets.

Labelling levels

Labelling level represents physical labeling level in the production process e.g., single products, multipack, collective packaging (box). This allows to assign multiple label templates to one SKU, one per each labelling level. Labelling level can be assigned to label templates and labelling points.

Use of Labelling levels is optional, depends on factory specifics and is configured during setup.

Actions available:

Adding a new Labelling level.
Modifying a Labelling level.
Deleting an existing Labeling level.
Changing the order of labelling levels.

Order Types

Order Types determines how the system behaves when certain type of the Order is started e.g., what labelling points are eligible. Order Type name is assigned to ERP (e.g., SAP) Order Types during implementation.

Actions available:

Adding a new Order Type:

a. Name – should be unique.

b. Badge color – choose from color range.

Modifying an Order Type.
Deleting an existing Order Type.

SKU Deactivation

In this section, you can configure how SKU behaves when it is inactivated.

Select Remove label mapping to unassigned all labels after deactivating SKU.
Select Clear CUSTOM type fields to delete all custom fields after deactivation of SKU.
Select Clear IMPORT type fields to delete all imported fields after deactivation of SKU.
