OEE Losses waterfall chart improvements

We’ve improved selectors, there’s a new option - now you can filter any loss by their classification.

Cockpit - add and modify machine-level downtime

The same as in the web version now you can downtime assigned to the line or machine. Depending on the cockpit configuration, you will find a machine graph:
- in the menu on the left:

  • or on the main view:

When selecting the machine tile it allows you to modify some of the machine downtime or add a new one. The same way you do it for the whole line.

Report OEE improvements

- Add every production target to the chart
If the factory has production targets configured, it will display if you have 'Expected' data checked.
The production target can be configured in the Menu → Production section or in the Menu → Signals and Properties → Expected OEE section

We’ve also update the Availability bar color (from orange to pink) to better differentiate the data from the color signifying meeting a target

Downtime edit improvements

When you want to do some operations on the downtime, the right-down corner shows an operation status (if it is processed or added correctly):

Availability - Comments from Losses report improvements

- Now when some comments are about the same downtime, they are attached to the direct downtime and displayed below.
- Section problem details is being added
- Comments can be sorted by duration or downtime date

New TimeSeries-optimized storage

We’ve switched the underlying storage for raw signals, events and other data processing results to a TimeSeries databased optimized for rapid-fast querying and data ingestion. Thanks to this, PackOS “Work Spectrum” and “Signals” screens will feel more responsive. This fundamental change will allow us to further extend PackOS with new features related to data analysis.

Audit for work log

A log of manual operations performed during workday downtimes.

Other improvements:

  1. Clarify column meaning - Report OEE - OEE Losses has a column Time loss. The previous column name was Duration.

  2. Show the full taxonomy path to which the problem is assigned. This could be one or more (depending on taxonomy quantity).

  1. Better access to import orders and products.
Instead of access in the Activities tab, we’ve added a new link to the ‘Advanced’ section. You can display all the templates and add or change the existing ones.

  1. The downtime tracker has additional filters: shift, order, and item and you can narrow your search result by that

  2. A new subscription appears “OEE summary - email report”.
You can add the new subscription to your account and receive an e-mail with OEE summary after the end of the shift, every day or every week if needed.
