Downtime tracker

Downtime reporting have a new look, with improved visuals, filtering and taxonomy grouping

Tracking a downtime lets you review duration and quantity at the same time, quickly change the resolution or split, to help you understand the impact of various downtimes over time, and help diagnoze issues and spot anomalies

You can dig even deeper, by clicking on the bar and “zooming-in” to higher resolution or even work spectrum view with individual events

Comments from losses report

The new report allows you to show all comments added to downtimes. You can use filters like:
- time scope
- line/machine
- comment author
and click to open the commented downtime.

The same report can be used in a widget in the “Custom” reports section

SKU group - added a filter to search by the product group.

You can display the whole list, select the desired group or display SKUs that are not assigned to any group.

SKU export - added an option to export all of your SKUs

Except using import, now you can export your SKUs and work with them in the Excel format.

A better way to add downtime dedicated to a machine.

Now, in the “Downtime“ view, after selecting one of the machines you are able to create a downtime that does not influence the line.

Show production plan from orders

A new option in the monitoring tab "Show production plan from orders" is being added

It allows you to display performance type: planned orders and counts planned production proportionally based on planned quantity and existing shifts during the order scheduled time.

Hints

We can create a hints system verifying the following:

  • counter mismatch

  • production without order

Using the “Notifications” panel you can add the subscription for notifications via email:

Other improvements

  • Ability to “Flush” other orders while importing - this will let you use the order plan exported to Excel as a single source of truth. PackOS will remove any non-started orders which are no longer in your plan.

  • Problem state name is now also included in the export of events, from the ‘Work spectrum’ view
