Importing signals and problems

gained a new way to present an import status. It shows which row is added correctly and if there is any incorrect data, it displays a validation message.

Setting base machine per different flow

Previously you have got an option to set the base availability and base quantity in the menu Signal and properties:

 

Now you can set these parameters for every single flow attached to the line. Each flow should have a single Base availability and Base quantity machine.

In the example below “machine1” is set as a base quantity:

Vision improvements

In the workspectrum there is an icon next to the machine, where the camera is configured.
There are two ways to show the video:
- requested manually (M)
- automatically triggered (A)
and you can order videos (cut to 1min clip) before or after some accident to have a wider perspective on the rootcause by clicking on the camera icon in the “Downtime summary“ drawer.

 

Root cause strategy configuration

The default root cause algorithm chooses time order over machine order - the downtime that occurred first, would be selected, regardless of how far it is in the line flow.

By setting RootCauseStrategy to MachineOrder - you affect this algorithm, now any downtime candidate will be selected on the next/previous machine, when looking for holdup/idle root cause.

Other improvements 

  • Minutes in OEE Losses report are separated every 3 digits

  • Possibility to search orders with SKU name:
    - in the “Orders“ report

     

    - in the “Activities (Orders)“ tab

     

  • Possibility to configure translation exceptions in any language for certain plant - for instance change TEEP to OEE2 in whole system

  • All dummy machines right now are in ‘Work’ state instead of ‘Off’/'No live data'

  • Thai language available - we have introduced a new language translation.

  • Replaying old machine states - you can schedule a replay of historical signals using current rules and algorithms to generate valuable reporting for the last couple of weeks. (only by support request)

  • Password policy - we can configure password policy dedicated for your company.
