LP7 - Pallets Screen

The Pallet Screen allows you to track and manage Pallets throughout the production process, providing a clear overview of each Pallet's status and associated details.

Searching and filtering Pallets:

  • You can search by SSCC number for a specific Pallet using the search bar.

  • You can filter by Line, Order ID, SKU, Status, or by Time range.

Export Pallets report:

To export Pallets report press the Export button on the right of the Pallets Screen. In the modal window select necessary parameters (Area, Line, Order ID, SKU, Status, Time range) and press the Export button.

 

 

Working with selected Pallet

Select a Pallet to open tabs with General information, History of the pallet, Label details, and Broadcast. 

The General Tab provides detailed information about the Pallet. There are also action buttons depending on the Pallet status. You can Reprint, Reject and Confirm the Pallet.

 

To Reprint the Pallet:

  • Select the Pallet from the list;

  • Press the Reprint button;

  • In the modal window select printer and how many copies;

  • Press the Reprint button.

To Reject the Pallet:

  • Select the Pallet from the list;

  • Press the Reject button;

  • In the modal window confirm and press the Reject button.

To confirm the Pallet:

  • Select the Pallet from the list;

  • Press the Confirm button;

  • In the modal window confirm and press the Confirm button.

The action buttons Reprint, Delete, Confirm are also available from the general Pallet Screen near each Pallet on the right, depending on the Pallet status.

You can use multiselect to do actions with many Pallets at once. Select necessary Pallets. The action buttons will appear at the bottom.

The History Tab displays the history of the Pallet from the beginning to the current state with the exact date and time.

In the Label Tab, you can see what data was sent to the Labeller and you can view the label.

The Broadcast Tab reveals what information about the Pallet was sent to external systems (SAP, MES) and the status indicates if it was sent successfully. Select broadcast to open more details.
