LP7 - Cockpit Screen in LogicPrint 7.0
The Cockpit Screen provides real-time visibility into active Orders under production, labelling and verification queues, order details, and a log of requests.
Default view of Cockpit Screen
Line selector: On the left side, you can filter the Orders by production line to focus on a specific segment of the production process. Press the </> icon to hide/show this menu.
The list of all Active Orders.
Queue for labelling: Pallets that are awaiting the labelling process.
Queue for verification: Pallets that need to be verified.
The log of Requests. Press the </> icon to show/hide the list of requests.

Actions available for the user
Select a line (1).
Select the Order by clicking on a specific Order Box (2). After you click on it, the Order details and actions appear.
Choose another Order by clicking on a different Order Box (2).
Open pallet details by clicking on specific pallet (3, 4).
Open the list of requests by clicking on < icon (5).
Open request details by clicking on specific request (5).
Choose Labellers icon to open a window with the list of printers (6).
The Anatomy of Order Box:
Description - a brief description of the item.
Order ID - the unique identifier of the Order, SKU – stock keeping unit, BBD – best before date, EAN - a barcode standard that represents the item's identity, Batch ID – the specific manufacturing batch to which it belongs.
Progress bar – indicates the quantity of the Order items that have been completed.
Line/subline - indicates the specific production line and subline to which the Order is assigned.
Labeller – in case of any issue that requires attention an icon with red exclamation mark appears. Click on the icon to open labeller details.
Queue for labelling
This section displays the queue of Pallets awaiting labelling. Select a Pallet to see general details of it, Pallet history, and label details for this Pallet.
Queue for verification
This area lists Pallets that require verification. You can set auto verification for automatic or manual types of prints. Select a Pallet to see general details of it, Pallet history, and label details for this Pallet. You can delete this Pallet or force verification.
To force verification:
Select the Pallet from the Queue for verification. On the right side, a window will open with the details of the Pallet.
Press the Force verification button.
To set the auto verification:
Select the line.
Press the icon in the Queue for verification.
In the modal window, select prints for automatic verification.
Labellers
The Labellers button, located in the lower right corner of the cockpit screen, is designed for overseeing and managing the list of automatic labellers and their statuses. Using a line filter you can display only the labellers associated with the production line selected in the cockpit.
A red exclamation mark appears on the Labellers button when at least one labeller is in an error state. Upon entering the list of labellers, users can see the status next to each labeller, with a red exclamation mark indicating an error that needs attention.
Select a labeller to open details and additional information about the error or state. You can change settings and reset the labeller. If there is an active print request on the labeller, the reset action will trigger a modal with additional options for how to reset it.
