GI - Import Log Screen
This screen displays the history of all imports. After entering the screen, you can see the default view, which shows ungrouped elements sorted by time and date in descending order (the latest ones at the top).
You can filter by:
Import type (Work Orders, UFI, Single eKP, eKP);
Trigger type (Manual, Auto);
Status (Scheduled, InProgress, Failed, Completed).
FAILED status of Import means the import has failed entirely and no data were imported to the GoodIn System at all.
COMPLETED status of Import means the import has started and has finished. Completed import may have two types of errors:
Import errors – the data is incomplete or wrong in the way that some record cannot be created at all.
Validation errors – the data is incomplete or wrong in the way that some records are created but are invalid and cannot be used to create a PO.
You can select a date range.
You can select a specific log to see a window with import details with an import request payload.
Example of the completed import with errors. You will see the list of error divided into Import errors and Validation errors with the identifier of each record, error messages and details. In case of Import errors record identifier may not be available.
Notifications emails
There is a configurable notification engine to send email to user groups or individual users in the GoodIn System. Emails are triggered based on the events and rules. These are configured during implementation and can be later modified.
There are predefined notifications after import triggered by two events:
Failed import
Completed import with import and/or validation errors.
Notifications are triggerd by both manual and automatic imports.
To receive such notifications, users have to be subscribed. Subscriptions are managed in the database. They can be modified by authorized personnel.
Users can be subscribed to receive emails for specific import type or its combinations:
EKP
Single eKP
Work Orders
UFI
Subscription can be configured for all imports or only for imports with issues (validation errors or import errors).
