Editing User Accounts ✔️

If you would like to edit a user account in PackOS:
1. Click on the PackOS logo in the upper-left corner of the screen.
2. Click on ConfigHub.
3. Select People from the left sidebar.
4. Click on the name of the user that you want to edit.
5. The edit form will appear. It will let you change such user details as:
First name
Last name
E-mail address
Phone
Competencies
Teams
Manager (Yes/No)
User permissions
Password
Please note that some of the tabs in the edit window have the save button while other tabs do not have such a button, however, the changes are saved there automatically
