Examples of identifiers that we will be able to handle in the future:

  • manufacturer serial number

  • internal company asset id

ISA95 standard, which is widely used in manufacturing industry it is present both as classification and unique identification of assets.
The resource address in ISA 95 in Logic is built from the Asset codes configured in ConfigHub application as described here: Adding New Assets ✔️.

In LogiX line codes must be unique for the entire factory.
This allows the line code itself to be used as its sufficient identifier when importing or exchanging data via the API for production orders and products.
