Create the order

The mobile application allows you to create an order activity. There shouldn’t be any active or started order launched on this line.

Creating cleaning and separate changeover activities are off.

From the dashboard view, click on the ‘+ Add’ button

The next screen shows an empty 'Add order' form. It contains:

  1. Activity ID - unique name

  2. Description (not mandatory)

  3. SKU ID - you can see the list of available SKUs and search for SKU if needed

  4. Configuration - select one of the possible flows

  5. Planned quantity

  6. Unit - based on DefaultUnit property, but you can select a different one

  7. Planned start

  8. Planned end

  9. Changeover duration (not mandatory, could be 0 or if lasts longer than 0 minutes - it causes attaching the changeover to the created order)

Most of the above are mandatory and if you don’t fill out the form, a validation error appears:

After doing some fixes, the order is added and it is displayed in the order section. It is already validated (tick appears) in 'Release' status and ready to launch.

Activate the Order

By clicking on the 'Activate' button you can activate such an order example on the Line1

Start the order

To start the order you should click on the ‘Start’ button. ‘Cancel' causes reversion to the 'Released’ state.

The label shows the actual order state and the grey punctuation list icon shows orders planned for a single day.

During the production process, the counter will increase (600 pcs is the 'planned quantity’ data example), count the percentage and the progress bar will reflect the value.

Line status changes to ‘Work’ state.

While changeover is being added to the order, it is displayed in the layout and you know for how long does changeover is supposed to last:

Finish the order

Just simply click on the ‘Finish' button. Then ‘Finish order’ summary screen appears. It displays current production, and also produced and wasted quantity. You can modify the amount and 'Confirm’ your choice.

Report resources

If needed you can use ‘Report resources' feature [Depends on 'Admin Plants settings’ LabourEnabled flag set to true]

Using the manhours feature you will know how many workers worked on that order and for how long. You can report the time upfront by sliding the progress bar to the right or using 'Ends' date. Use “+“ button to add a new worker, change his name and provide manhour time.

The summary is visible in the 'History' section where you can see the total manhours worktime and the activity start time.

Order history

To verify the finished order you can click on the 'Order history' button. It displays planned, started, or completed orders during the day.
