The Downtime list is divided by the date. It contains all of the historical downtimes, except minor stops.
Minor stops can be changed in the Signal and properties tab. [Setting: Threshold of a minor stop]
Beginning from the ‘start day of working’ [Setting - CockpitType = Plant] till the current hour or till the next day of work.
You can search for the needed downtime or specify its cause and change the state.
Let’s assumed that those two downtimes have the same cause and it’s not actually a failure and you as an Operator knows what really happened. You should click on the 'Common problem' button to go through the process.
The first step allows you to select the problematic machine or the line. Let's choose 'Filler' has trouble.
The second step. Filler has 3 work states configured in packOS ['Problems' tab] which you can choose. So let’s take an 'Inactive' state.
The third step. Select the problem (there can be more than one problem attached).
The fourth step is to summarize the changes. You can see that the two selected downtimes changed their state and now you know that the machine was inactive and it was the failure reason.
If you need to, you might set the reason by clicking on the ‘Set reason' button and adding a text explanation, marking it. The ‘Corrective action taken’ functionality has exactly the same behavior.
Now you have the reason and the corrective action taken added to these two downtimes. ‘Save’ button saves changes.
