Adding Tags to Problems ✔️

Article Status: Release Candidate Article

In PackOS, you can add tags to Problems for the purpose of easy identification.

let's do this step by step:

1. Go to Settings by clicking on the button in the left sidebar.

2. Click on Problems in the Plant configuration section.

3. Select a production line and a specific machine on it.

4. Select a line problem from the list of problems.

5. Then, click on the first tab called Tags.

6. Now, click on the + Add tags button.

7. The window will expand and you will see a map of available tags.

8. Select as many tags as you need.

9. When you finish selecting tags, click on Add selected.

10. The tags will be added to the window while the maps of tags will close.

11. You can now close the window. If you want to delete some of the tags that you added, for example, by mistake, you can click on the X button.

Note that some tags have been put into groups. This means that only one tag from such a group can be assigned to a specific PackOS Problem. For example, you cannot mark a specific problem as Unplanned if it has already been marked as Planned. If you want to change a group to which a specific tag belongs, just click that tag, and a window with options will appear where you can make a change.
