You can create special rules that PackOS will apply when specific problems arise.

1. Click on the Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Select Problems in the section called Plant configuration.

3. Now, select a production line.

4. Then select a specific machine on that production line. You will be creating a problem rule for a machine that you have chosen.

5. Click on the Rules button located right below the name of the machine.

6. Click on + Add rule to slide open the rule creation window.

8. Using the dropdown menus, define conditions that will trigger PackOS to execute your rule.

9. Using the + And button, you can add multiple conditions.

10. If you would like to create a complex condition formula, just select the Use advanced editor option C# function option in Rule type that will make the formula field appear : (blue star)

11. If you do not want the rule to be active right away, deselect the Enabled option.

If you do not do this, your rule will be executed immediately when the defined conditions are met.

12. Click on Save button to finish adding your rule to PackOS.
