The Downtime list is divided by the date. It contains all of the historical downtimes, except minor stops.

Let’s assumed assume that those two downtimes have the same cause and it’s not actually a failure and you as an Operator knows know what really happened. You should click on the 'Common problem' button to go through the process.

The second step. Filler has 3 work states configured in packOS ['Problems' tab] which you can choose. So let’s take an 'Inactive' state.

If you need to, you might set the reason by clicking on the ‘Set reason' button and adding a text explanation, and then marking it. The ‘Corrective action taken’ functionality has exactly the same behavior.

Now you have the reason and the corrective action taken added to these two downtimes.
